Ooma Terms and Conditions
The MSRP for the Ooma Telo is $99.99 (at BestBuy, Target and most other retailers). Ethx offers this price ($49) on the condition that you are an Ethx Internet Customer and that you subscribe to the Premier Package of $14.99/month (plus applicable taxes). The Premier service includes Enhanced Voicemail, Unlimited calling to the US and Canada, and no additional cost to use Ooma accessories: Door Sensor, Motion Sensor, Moisture Sensor, and Safety Phone.
Ethx Terms and Conditions
Internet Service: The initial Term of the contract for internet service will be for one year or prorated amount within a minimum of one years’ service thereafter. This will automatically renew for another year unless there is a written notice from the customer within 60 days of the end of the existing term. The first years’ service or prorated service to the next billing cycle is due at the time of installation. All equipment carries a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover lightning or power surge related failures, please click here to learn how to protect your home and equipment. Optional insurance is available. This service is for basic residential use only. Any misuse of the system will be subject to termination.
You are responsible for the backup of your data considered important. Ethx cannot install or replace software without a valid COA (Certificate of Authenticity) and/or media is provided by the customer. Ethx is not liable for any unlawful use of the provided internet connections. Any liability lies solely with the user.
Return & Refund Policy: All Services are billed in advance and payments are due before service date. There are no refunds for internet services provided. Business Customers that sign up under a Master Service Agreement there are service credits for outages, refer to your MSA document for details.

The Federal Communications Commission issued rules to preserve the Internet as an open platform. All Internet service providers are required to post information regarding various issues so that consumers, both residential and business, can make informed choices about choosing an Internet service provider. This document contains information regarding our services and in compliance with the FCC’s rules. The policies contained herein serve as a supplement to the existing terms of service.
